Jon Goodney is former Manager of Learning Technology at John Deere, where he led a diverse training development team of 20 (instructional design, development, delivery and IT infrastructure), and managed John Deere’s Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) as well as John Deere University with 280,000 users worldwide.
Christopher is Part of the CITB College leadership team and as Curriculum Manager has overall management of both the Construction and Plant curriculums. Chris has retained his Cpcs tester status and is qualified in instructing a range of plant categories. Christopher is qualified in Plant Management Safety Training Scheme and has numerous assessor qualifications, including those relating to a variety of instructional techniques. Christopher is also qualified to Level 4 in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the Assessment Process and holds the NEBOSH certificate in Construction.
Chris is employed as the CITB Programme Manager for the Plant curriculum and as such manages the department on a daily basis , Chris has retained his Cpcs tester status and is qualified in instructing a range of plant categories. Christopher is qualified in Plant Management Safety Training Scheme and has numerous assessor qualifications and holds the NEBOSH certificate in Construction. Much of Chris’s role involves offering information, advice and guidance to plant companies and individuals to find an effective solution to all training requirements.
Chris is currently employed as Deputy Head of Construction at the National Construction College. With his work, he enhances the Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction standards, through innovation and dedication.
Drew Carruthers is Director of Product Strategy, CM Labs Simulations, our expert partner in physics-based simulation. He leads strategic efforts and OEM relationships, and closely monitors technological trends in the construction industry.
