Conference venue:
The conference will be held at the Starhotels Grand Milan (Via Varese 23, 21047 Saronno (VA), Italy. Our Ice breaker event will also take place at the same venue on the evening of 29 June.
Nearest airport: Milan Malpensa
From Milan Malpensa, you can conveniently take the Malpensa Express train to Saronno.
The hotel is located within a short walking distance from the train station (approximately 5 minutes).
Accommodation:
We have secured a block of rooms at the Starhotels Grand Milan on a first come, first serve basis. The room reservation deadline is 02 June 2023. The price for a double room is 115.00 Euro per night, including breakfast.

Conference fee:
To cover the expenses associated with the conference, we kindly request a conference fee of 15,00 Euros. This fee will be collected during the check-in process at the hotel.
Lunch:
During the conference, you have the flexibility to enjoy lunch at the hotel or explore nearby restaurants. Please note that lunch expenses will be handled on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Dress code:
We recommend wearing civilian business attire throughout the conference. Uniforms are not required.
