Stuart Wallace

Chief Operating Officer | Forth Ports Limited

Stuart Wallace’s responsibility covers both the port and marine activities across the Group. Stuart has been with Forth Ports since 2002, joining in the first instance as Financial Controller for the Scottish Operation. Stuart then went on to manage the day to day operations across Scotland prior to undertaking a 2 year secondment to the Port of Tilbury where he managed both the general port activity as well as London Container Terminal, returning to Scotland in January 2013. Stuart was then appointed Divisional Director for the Scottish Operation overseeing the commercial activities of all eight Scottish ports and the marine management teams operating on the Forth and Tay estuaries.


Simon Harper

Learning & Development Manager | Port of Tilbury London Limited

Simon joined Port of Tilbury in 2007 as Learning & Development Manager and has responsibility for Learning, Education and Training at the Port. He has worked in the Transport & Logistics industry for 30 years, in Customer Service, Operational and Human Resources roles at Air Europe, Dan Air, Toyota, Hertz and Europcar.

He Manages the award winning Logistics Academy East of England which is located on the Port and delivers a broad range of both on-site and off-site training including simulator training, to customers located at the port and across the region.


Elena Shalabanova

Ports Product Manager I CM Labs

Elena Shalabanova is CM Labs Simulations’ Product Manager for Ports Solutions. Based in Montreal, Canada, she has over two decades of product management experience in multiple industries. She holds a MS in Mass Communications from Oklahoma State University.


Amir Khosh

Business Development Manager I ST Engineering Antycip

Amir holds a UK Masters in aerospace engineering from Queens Mary University of London and provides expertise behind a multitude of technologies ranging from advanced professional level head-mounted VR & AR displays to hi-fidelity heavy equipment simulators and immersive display solutions.
