Dr. Chung-Yu Lou is a Senior Software Engineer at Scalable Network Technologies. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. His research interests include wireless communication systems, optimization, signal processing, and machine learning. He has extensive experience in physical layer modeling and abstraction. Dr. Lou has participated in projects involving modeling of tactical ad hoc networks, identification friend or foe (IFF), and automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) systems. He has also led commercial waveform model development, including Bluetooth, WiFi, and 5G.
Miguel Tinoco is an Application Engineer Manager at SCALABLE Network Technologies. He received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2006. He has been part of the SCALABLE team for over 15. His research interests include network simulation and emulation with a main focus on networking protocol programming.
